Operating scope for WindWalker memberships
This policy defines the normal operating range for WindWalker business asset management memberships. It keeps AI optimization, hosting, and support predictable for both customers and operators.
1. Precision Optimization Turns
Each active membership includes a standard monthly allocation of AI-assisted precision optimization turns. The normal operating reference is 30 correction turns per month unless a campaign, checkout page, or written agreement states otherwise.
2. Hosting Resources
Hosted websites are operated on WindWalker-managed infrastructure. Reasonable traffic and storage use are included. Unusual spikes, abusive traffic, or resource-heavy use may require a separate maintenance review.
3. Setup Consultation
Setup support is guidance-first. Customers should first use the conversation channel to provide business details, images, and requested changes. Hands-on assistance may be provided when appropriate, especially during launch campaigns or guided onboarding periods.
4. Exceptional Maintenance
Requests outside the normal operating scope, including heavy redesign, repeated manual setup, complex integrations, or unusual recovery work, may require separate scheduling, reduced turnaround expectations, or an additional maintenance quote.
5. Marketplace Terms
When WindWalker is sold through a marketplace or affiliate campaign, checkout terms, refunds, trial windows, and promotional entitlements follow the active campaign page and payment provider terms.
